Notice of Alleged Infringement ("Notice")
Identify the copyrighted work that you claim has been infringed. If multiple works are involved, you may provide a representative list.
Identify the infringing material and provide sufficient information to locate it, including the URL.
Provide your mailing address, telephone number, and email address (if available).
Include the following statements:
"I hereby state that I have a good faith belief that the disputed use of the copyrighted material is not authorized by the copyright owner, its agent, or the law."
"I hereby state that the information in this Notice is accurate and, under penalty of perjury, that I am the owner, or authorized to act on behalf of the owner, of the copyright or of an exclusive right under the copyright that is allegedly infringed."
Provide your full legal name and your electronic or physical signature.
Ashenfallous shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, exemplary, punitive or consequential damages, including lost profits, lost data, personal injury or property damage related to the use of the services.
Ashenfallous shall not be liable for any damages arising from your use or inability to use the services, or any relationship with third-party providers.
In no event shall Ashenfallous��s total liability exceed INR 500.
The services are provided "as is" and "as available." Ashenfallous disclaims all warranties not expressly stated in these terms.
The services may be accessed in connection with third-party services and content that Ashenfallous / RummyGolds does not control. Different terms and privacy policies may apply.
